Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn (if applicable), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We currently do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected at the warehouse address provided by one of our support agents.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any issue that prevents the successful delivery of the return (incorrect address, customs issues, failed delivery, etc.) is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not provide warranties beyond what is required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns delivered to any address other than the one provided by Productiva support will not be accepted.

Orders that have not yet been delivered cannot be cancelled. Once the order is delivered, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.

If an order arrives in multiple shipments, we must wait for all items to be delivered before processing a return request. This helps save time and costs for both parties.

Any gift or promotional item received as part of a special offer is non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Return the original item (once approved)

  2. Place a new order separately


European Union – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
